"I had the BEST experience here today. Coffee Tree Roasters Latrobe generously donated prize coupons to our local library’s summer reading program. The kids got a free biscotti with the purchase of a drink. Not only were the employees happy, KIND, and welcoming to our entire family, the fact that they also donated to a great local program makes me want to support them even more. And the cherry on top? My oldest child was so happy and excited, he ended up accidentally spilling his entire drink all over the floor (which as a mom is always mortifying), and not only did the ladies working help me clean it up, they gave my child a new drink free of charge. It would have been so easy for them to become frustrated and annoyed, and instead they responded with total understanding and kindness. I HIGHLY recommend this business, and THANK YOU to the ladies who made me and my kids day. ☕️🤍"
